Payments

Full payment is due according to the terms agreed upon before or during the session.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
Delayed file delivery
Session cancellation
Suspension of future bookings

3. Cancellation Policy

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their music and creative works unless otherwise agreed in writing. LSD Studios may request permission to showcase completed work for promotional purposes.

We may temporarily retain session files for convenience; however:
Long-term storage is not guaranteed.
Clients should maintain independent backups.
LSD Studios is not liable for lost files after delivery or expiration of storage periods.

Disruptive, abusive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of sessions without refund.
